Sade: Hey there, Sade Derico here. I know, surprising to hear from me, isn’t it? I’m normally the quiet one who doesn’t really bother anyone. I like to stay behind the scenes. I guess I’m a little shy, though Davina would argue that I’m a LOT shy. I can’t help it. Not everyone can be as outgoing as her.

Julie: Hi there. The infamous Julie Derico speaking. Yeah, I know… ‘infamous’? What? Well, according to everyone in this neighborhood, I’m bad news. How can they say that? Well, how can they say that without proof?
Residents: Lenny & Marisa Derico
Lenny: Hey, how you doin’? Things are pretty interesting here right now, let me tell you. I’m gettin’ on in years, so I figured ‘hey, why not retire?’ I mean, I still got a life goal to fulfill, yanno? So now I’m home all day, collectin’ pension, and reading all sorts of good books.
Everything was goin’ real great.

Serena: Hey there, my name is Serena Derico. I’m taking over this time ‘cause Alice has been banned from this for a bit. She’s too depressing! I mean, I feel for the girl, but wow. That’s just… yeah. Well, I’m here with my twin brother, Damian. We just arrived and got accepted into the Greek house. How awesome is that? Way awesome.
Residents: Daelin & Anna Proudmoore; Jania Proudmoore & Blazej Jeffress
Anna: Things around here are really changing… for the better, I suppose. Oh, what? Right. Hi there. Let’s just get on with it. I’ve got knowledge to persue, you know.

Brice: Hey hey, Brice Derico here. Yeah, I’m all grown up now. All out on my own and stuff. I’ve even got myself a wife. Of course, you heard about that, right? The wedding from Hell. Julie is still pretty torn up about it. I mean, I should be too… but I’m not. That’s just family, you know? Good with the bad and all that.
As soon as Brice returned home from college, he called up Julie. She graduated at the same time and was more than ready to move in. Preparations for their wedding began almost immediately.
Alice: Hi! I’m Alice Proudmoore and I’ve just arrived at college. To say I’m scared would be really silly… because honestly I’m FRIGHTENED as all get out! At least my greatest friends ever, Davina and Sade Derico, are here with me!
I don’t know what I was thinking when I dressed myself. Jania would be so upset at me copying her! I’ll have to go shopping for new clothes.
Daelin: Greetings once again! Originally Alice was going to bring you all up to speed on the happenings of the Proudmoore home, but with schoolwork and college preperations, she doesn’t have the time. Being her father and wanting only the best, I’ve decided to take her place. Let’s get started…
Marisa: Oh, hello. Whatever do you want? What? Oh, surely you kid. Do you really think I have time to update you on everything that’s happened? Goodness! Well, I suppose there’s no getting around it.
