Residents: Serena Derico, Damian Derico

Serena: Hey again! Yeah, bet you thought you’d see the last of us for a bit, huh? No way! You can’t rid of us, or me actually, that easily.
Especially not with news like this! Damian finally popped the question to Alice. It was only a matter of time, really. I figure he’s had the ring for a very long time now. Apparently they’re going to get hitched as soon as he graduates. They’ll move in with our parents. That house is gonna be packed. Especially with our newest sister, Loraine, still young! It’ll be even worse if Brice returns home with his tail between his legs. Though I doubt he will…
Damian would throw a fit. Brice and Alice under the same roof while he’s in a fragile position is a BAD idea! Very bad.

Damian spends a lot of time moping around when he’s not at class. He just wants to hurry up and graduate. I don’t get what the hurry is. College is a blast! I’m having the time of my life and then some. Of course, I’m not tied down.
I don’t know what his problem is. It isn’t like he doesn’t see Alice. He practically lives at the girl’s house… and when he’s not there, she’s here!

Those two are something else. All inhibitions thrown to the wind! They’re like rabbits, I swear. The hot tub gets quite the work out. It isn’t safe to go outside anytime Alice is over. I’ve started instinctively covering my eyes and trying to look in the opposite direction when I walk to class.
Get a room!

Though, I guess I’m not really one who can talk. Yeah… its him again. I can’t help it. He’s a really great date–we have the best times together! So I figured I can spend a few dates on him. No big deal, right? Yeah, exactly.

Hey! Don’t judge me. I know I said I wasn’t going to be like that, but I’m gonna be graduating soon. Its my last chance to throw my cares to the wind and live it up! Besides, I think of it as a little goodbye. Well… not just that time, but the times that followed right up and at my graduation. What? Yeah, I know, I know… but you gotta live life while you still got it!

I found that I was really glad when the big day came. Of course, my joy would never match Damian’s, but it was close. I spoke with Alice. She’ll be leaving the pad she bought with my sisters, and I was hoping to take her place. She said it was fine with her and my sisters were cool with it, too. Awesome! A house with my sisters and complete and total freedom.
Being an adult was going to rock. Watch out, downtown… here I come!

I left the Greek House’s care to one of our many pledges. Yeah, he was a former date of mine… but we were just pals. He was more than happy to take the responsibility. Who wouldn’t? That house was slamming! Especially for a bunch of poor college students!

Damian and I were quick to catch the next cab home. I don’t know what he was thinking when he dressed himself. He looked awful! I took a picture and I’m going to keep it for blackmail. Heh, what? You never know when you’ll need power over your twin!
